1 Kitchen Clean Up: Vinegar and Baking Soda
One solution to the problem of a poop smell in a mattress can be found right in your kitchen. Spray the gnarly area with some vinegar and leave it in for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, sprinkle the area with baking soda and leave it in place for several hours before vacuuming it up.
